16 Indigenous Women Assaulted in Chittagong Hill Tracts Amid Ongoing Settler Violence

 


In 2025, 16 Indigenous women were assaulted in the Chittagong Hill Tracts, highlighting a disturbing pattern of settler violence against Indigenous Buddhist and Hindu communities. Despite repeated incidents, perpetrators continue to act with impunity. Human rights organizations and international bodies are being urged to intervene and hold those responsible accountable.

How Pakistan’s ISI is helping Rohingya armed groups to forge a united front in Bangladesh
